Calling All Sistahs – April Edition {Video}

Today is the 17th of the month which means it’s time for Calling All Sistahs. In the past, this has been a blog hop, but Michele, the owner of CAS-ual Fridays Stamps who hosts this hop, decided to do things a big differently this month. Instead of a traditional hop, each of us participating are posting our cards on our own blogs, then Michele is also posting the entire collection over on the CAS-ual Fridays blog. You can go there to check out the rest of the amazing cards this month.

Mel's Card Corner | April 2017 Calling All Sistahs Collaboration

Like Michele, I also decided to try something new for this month’s collaboration. Instead of writing out all the details of my card here on my blog, I recorded a tutorial video. I’m still pretty new to the who video thing, so I’m trying out different ways of doing them to come up with what works best. Please be with me while I’m trying to figure it all out. šŸ™‚ If you want to see all the products I used for this card, you can find them in the supply list at the bottom of this post after my signature.

If you aren’t familiar with Calling All Sistahs, it’s a monthly reminder for women to perform their monthly breast self-exam. Michele is a breast cancer survivor, so this is very near and dear to her heart. So, if you haven’t performed your self-check yet this month, please take a few minutes today to do it. Also, if it’s time for your mammogram, today is a great time to call and schedule your appointment so you don’t forget!
