Clean & Simple Holiday – Part 4

I’m back today with another installment of my homework cards for the Clean & Simple Holiday class offered by Online Card Classes. Today’s card is my homework for the day four lesson on foiling. I tried a technique taught by Gina Krupsky of Gina K. Designs.

I absolutely love how this turned out! I used Gina K.’s Glittering Green foil for the foiling. It’s part of her Fancy Foils line for Therm O Web. The glittery sparkle on this foil is absolutely amazing. Here’s a closer peek.

The sentiment is from the Comfort & Joy stamp set by Avery Elle. I stamped it using Nocturne ink from the VersaFine Claire line then heat embossed it using clear embossing powder. I liked this card so much, I actually created a second one using Gina K.’s Radiant Red foil which is also part of her Fancy Foils line.

As always, I’m not sharing the exact details of how I created the card since this was part of a paid class. If you would like to learn the technique I used for this card, there’s still time to sign up for the interactive portion of the class since it runs through Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018. The class will still be available after that date, but it will be an independent study class instead.

Until next time …
